May or may not: At a young like yours heart disease is uncommon, specially 'heart attack'. Pain over the left side of chest may be secondary to reflux of acid from your stomach, a pull in one of the muscles covering your rib cage etc. A simple test to determine is to take a deep breath, if it hurts more, it is likely not related to your heart. Also if you press deep in the area and it hurts, its not your heart
