Scientific Rx: All acne can be managed. Start with topical benzoyl peroxide, if this fails after two weeks your physician may add topical Clindamycin and/or a topical retinoic acid derivative. If this is not enough, a systemic antibiotic such as tetracycline 500 2x/day clears most guys. Deratologists have the big guns. Good luck.
