Keep treating: I see that you have already had microdermabrasion and therefore are under care. The key is realizing that acne is a chronic, non-lifestyle-related, non-hygiene-related disease that will eventually remit, and that can be managed until then. The oral contraceptive pill might make it vanish; in addition to topicals & systemic antibiotics, spironolactone may work if it's right for you. Best wishes.

Gentle care: Agree w dr. Friedlander. Wash face w gentle cleanser 2x/day & use oil free products. No oily hair or heavy foundations. Exfoliate occasionally. Try not to pop pimples. Avoid touching face (cradling chin in hands). Remove makeup before bed. Shower after strenuous exercise. Consider otc products (salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide). If > mild acne see dermatology.
