Crohns/celiac: Your GI doctor can run some blood tests and consider an endoscopy and colonoscopy. People with one autoimmune disease do have the possibility of getting another one, so see your GI doctor soon.

See your doc: Celiac does not usually present with bloody diarrhea. You need to see your physician or gastroenterologist to have this evaluated- urgently.
