Ortho Eval needed: Dynamic positional paresthesia (numbness) of both lower extremities means the main sensory nerves are being transiently compressed enough to cause numbness. The most likely culprit for location of compression would be centrally in the spine. Seek an orthopaedic surgeon or spine/neurosurgeon evaluation to determine the cause. Spondylolisthesis (slippage between vertebrae) is a potential diagnosis
