Yes but for what: Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is an antihistamine and about 2/3 of people feel tired after it. Most people take it because they have allergic rhinitis (mucus in nose caused by allergy). Flonase is a spray steroid also taken for nasal allergies. Doesn't make you tired. Both mess may dry out the lining of the nose and secondarily cause nosebleed. If so, spray in saline after mess and put in Boroleum on Q-tip.
