I fractured me elbow and it healed. ive been lifiting and today i felt a little pain in it. is it common to have soreness all of the sudden or did i rebreak it? or did i just like sprain it?

Yes and but: yes you can have a benign non fractured pain after it healed if you put enough pressure and strain on the bone.but you did not tell us how long since you did that if the fractured happen a years ago then I will not worry about it ,but if it happen few months ago and you just took the cast off, then I will see my bone doctor for a peace of mind.
