More information is: needed to help. Where on the leg is this? Behind the knee a Baker's cyst can feel like that. Lipoma could also be that way. Rather than speculation, imaging is needed. Ultrasound is an excellent way to begin. MRI even better. Speak to your doctor about your concerns and pathways to follow. Good luck
