3 day wait, eh?: Canadian national health insurance is great except for the wait to see the MD for a necessary problem. If the "thrush" infection is vaginal (yeast) then Monistat or Gyne Lotrimin (clotrimazole) Rx over the counter may help. If it is oral thrush you might try a Listerine mouthwash rinse until you can see the MD. Good luck!
