If a child has arthritis in her shoulder where would the pain be? in front, on top in back or all over?

All over: Juvenile arthritis is inflammation of the joint and will often present with redness, swelling and pain. Have her assessed. Labs and US may help you work through her diagnosis. Other joints are often involved. See her doctor. All the best.
