YES!!!!: Please talk to your parents (or guardian) about this immediately. ANY headache that's severe, long-lasting or that causes a problem with hearing, vision, walking or ANYTHING like that, needs medical attention. Don't wait. Most likely you're having a migraine headache. In any case, please don't delay getting help.

Full history/exam: Studies show that a continuous headache of this duration needs a full examination including your vital signs, medial history, travel, sexual, surgical, family and social history, and other factors then a comprehensive physical exam, including a focused neurological exam.
