Maybe: If the injury was very superficial, it will likely completely heal. Keeping the scar out of the sun will help to avoid permanent color changes (use SPF if you're going to be out). Silicone scar sticks can help to minimize permanent scars (this is the only topical treatment with really good scientific evidence to help). If it stays laser genesis treatment may help it resolve as well.
