Depends on how large: or deep the wound is under the eyelid is, or how the wound came to be. Is it blunt trauma? Animal bite? What is the origin. You are at the maximum point of contracture for the wound now. May be good to get a 2nd opinion from University of Cairo Ophthalmology Department. (Contact Dr. Rania Ahmed Salem) who can help you. She is an oculoplastics surgeon in the Department, and an associate professor.
