See below: Enlarged lymph nodes in the groin are very common and oftentimes insignificant if they are small. In the groin the inguinal lymph nodes are considered normal if not over 2 cm in diameter. See your physician if over 2 cm( 0.8 inches ), if symptoms of illness or if other lymph nodes are enlarged also(cervical, axillary,popliteal).
