Fussy infant: Does he sleep okay? If he has reflux esophagitis he could be fussy as well. Talk to your pediatrican to see if neocate is making him fussy. Also some babies get get used to be carried and will be fussy unless held. Does your baby get consoled if being held? You should talk to your pediatrician as he/she can examine the baby and try to findthe answer to this problem. Good luck!

Fussy baby: Hang in there - you are not causing your baby's problems! i smell colic. It is not harmful for baby to cry after you have met his needs. Old tricks to try - place baby and infant seat on the washing machine, turn vacuum cleaner on, motion activator under the mattress, go for leisure drives, have another family member take care of him several hours a day + gas-breaking techniques. Consult a peds gi.
