What's being treated: Pristiq (desvenlafaxine) is essentially Effexor only not available generically. Vyvanse suggests you're being treated for either adhd or some sort of fatigue syndrome. I've never heard of Pristiq (desvenlafaxine) causing apathy. I'm not your doc, but it sounds like maybe the antidepressant should have been increased rather than decreased. Talk to your doctor about your depression symptoms before blaming them on pristiq (desvenlafaxine).
