Tonsil is a little bigger/shaped different than the other? noticed this for a month but may have been like this forever never saw. can this be normal?

Yes: Enlarged tonsils are a frequent occurrence, even when healthy, however they may cause significant discomfort if/when you do present with an illness, e.g., head cold or sore throat (especially strep throat). If you are concerned, please see your doctor. A thorough exam will help determine if an intervention, such as tonsillectomy, would benefit you and/or prevent future discomfort.
