Tonsilloliths: From your description, I have to guess that you have already had your tonsils out. If the color is a flesh color or pink or even red, it could be residual tonsillar tissue that was either incompletely removed or it could be tonsil from the back of your tongue. It is not uncommon to have earaches with pain in the tonsil beds, so it is probably referred pain. This might explain the glands, too.

May be unrelated: It is worthwhile to have an otolaryngologist examine you to see if all these symptoms can be tied to one issue. A hearing test including tympanometry will likely need to be performed as well.
