Repetitive motions: such as moving your arm back and forward to vacuum often result in inflammation. This is a common occupational hazards. Try switching your arms while you are vacuuming. Applying moist heat and doing gentle stretching exercises may provide relief. Taking an NSAID (eg. Advil (ibuprofen) or Aleve) may provide temporary relief, but it is important that you change the way you moving while you work.

Repetitive strain...: ...injuries (overuse of muscles, joints & tendons) are common when someone does repetitive or prolonged physical activities that they're not used to. The symptoms are similar to those of a single, direct injury (like twisting your ankle.) The best thing to do is let your supervisor know about the problem and get referred to a doctor who specializes in on-the-job injuries. Good luck!
