I had my gallbladder removed two weeks ago, along with a hernia on my belly button. im having sharp pains under my right rib and at my belly button, could this be something else besides the removal of my gallbladder?

Not likely: two weeks after surgery this is most likely postoperative pains. It should be improving every day and you can have some discomfort for 4-6 weeks. However if the pain is increasing and you start having fevers, nausea or vomiting then I recommend talking to your surgeon.
