Certainly ....: ....there are reports of people getting pregnant within 5 weeks of delivering a child. This is highly unusual, but it can actually happen even if you haven't had a period yet. Why are you questioning it? Are you having symptoms that suggest pregnancy to you? If so, do check a pregnancy test. They are quite accurate and if you are pregnant, the results should be "positive."
