More reliable test?: If you have a good reason to suspect that you are pregnant, then you need to get a more reliable pregnancy test (performed in an accredited lab). Otherwise, look back at your previous menstrual history to see if your cycles were irregular with variations exceeding 7 days delay, in which case you are probably, indeed, not pregnant; just a bit late.
