My iron is 42. Transferrin 306.TIBC 428. Transferrin sat 10%. Ferritin 2. I had this blood draw while in day 4 or 5 of my period. I bleed very very heavily. Could it be low because of that or am I anemic otherwise? Could period affect it this much?
