I am anemic and i recently started being very dizzy & foggy during my periods. my tests show normal iron levels. should i be worried?

Anemia: Anemia can cause dizziness. You should see your doctor to test your hemoglobin levels. At the time of menses, patients lose more blood. It is best to stay as hydrated as possible and rest. If the symptoms persist then go seek medical attention from your physician.
