Burn leg: A burn that blisters is a second degree burn and can get infected and needs medical attention. The top layer of skin is separating and there is fluid in between. (Air or gas is more serious). Usually if not allergic to sulfa we use silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) ointment on the burn and cover it with sterile gauze to prevent infection f/u today with doctor or hospital
