Take the antibiotics: Only Azithromycin 1g once, or Doxycycline twice daily for 10 days are recommended treatments for chlamydia. You don't want scarred fallopian tubes. Take the antibiotics. Talk to your prescriber or pharmacist about what you can do to reduce upset stomach resulting from the antibiotics.
