No One Best Med: There is no single medication that is best to treat the eating disorder known as anorexia. Antidepressants and anti-anxiety medications are often used to treat co-morbid conditions. Anorexia is best treated with a multidisciplinary treatment team including a psychiatrist, a therapist(s), a nutritionist, a physician, in a setting where these healthcare members can work together with the patient.
