a spot in my hand is twitching on/off since yesterday. it is very annoying, what can i do to stop it?(think im healthy, just recently went to the dr.)

Muscle twitches: are normal from time to time in everyone and you have several conditions that make you more susceptible. You probably ARE healthy and should just ignore it and it will go away.

Also consider your present stress levels or if you are anxious. This can trigger that as well as genetic benign tremors.
