Twitching: In someone young and otherwise healthy, twitching can happen because of medicines, caffeine, anxiety, lack of sleep. There are other uncommon neurological and endocrine things that can cause this too, but i tell my patients to avoid the caffeine, stimulants and get lots of sleep first for a few days before doing extensive workup.
