I'm going for a consult for lasik in 2 days. i was diagnosed with lupus in 1993 and symptom-free and no meds since 1996. can i have lasik?

LASIK: i would leave that up to the operating ophthalmologist. They will advise you about their experience with lupus patients. I would get a few opinions. Make sure urge the surgeon has a wealth of experience in these types of patients. Ask them specifically how many they have done in lupus. Good luck. Feel better!
