Dealing with all these symptoms of lupus with a positive ana just not high enough to diagnose. how sick do i have to get to show in bloodwork?

? Lupus: ANA isn't the only criterion, and some cases are seronegative, i.e. have normal ANA, you may very well don't have lupus. Kindly follow up with your doctor/rheumatologist, best wishes
