Ask For A Slow Touch: Ask that exact same question to your doctor before he or she starts the exam. In most instances the discomfort can be minimized if they'll take the time to accomodate to your situation. If not, just say "please,stop" and go from there. However,I wouldn't worry too much; most doctors are trained in proper technique and as long as there's no big rush (which there shouldn't be) you'll do just fine
