COG trials ongoing.: The best option is to find a cog treatment center and discuss this with them. In a nutshell, timing/dose/volume of agents is being optimized at present. Late effects and mixtures of drugs that may or may not be too toxic are just now finishing studies. New imaging and new radiation methods (protons) are also coming to light. Better than a 400 word answer, find a face to face option.
