Whoa!: how did you get the diagnosis of testicular cancer? It cannot be made except by biopsy. If anyone has told you otherwise, you are being scammed. Whoever did your biopsy is prepared to refer you for surgery

After these, do more tests and studies so to decide what may be reasonable step for you. All these things could be done in urologists.
