Jogging 20 to 30: minutes daily is a great fitness routine. Alternatively, you can power walk (walk briskly) for about 30 minutes for similar benefits. Make sure your health is ok for this by checking w/doctor first. Peace and good health. Avoid boredom by listening to something w/earphones. Boredom can be a detriment to workouts. Quiet is wonderful and we need more. Whatever works.
