I had all of my wisdom teeth removed yesterday with general and local anesthetic. i took percocet and ibuprofen yesterday, today i have bloody stool.

Ibuprofen?: How much ibuprofen did you take? It's unlikely a GI bleed after a single day unless you took a bottle of ibuprofen or have a medical history that would increase your risk of this condition ... But if you have significant blood loss or black/tarry stools (melena) head to the ER to have it checked out. Better safe than sorry. Hope that helps!
