Have had a hard pea size small bump on the top front of my scalp, doesn't hurt but recently have had neck pain and headaches.

? related: Neck pain and headaches are common. So are skin lesions, like pimples, on scalp. Infection can be a common cause. You might have fever, shooting pain with looking down, weakness in arms or legs. If things do not improve with OTC anti-inflammatories and rest, then time to see your doctor.
