You need: to be evaluated by a GI (Gastroenterologist) Provider who will probably wish to endoscopically confirm the diagnosis and treat with appropriate Proton Pum Inhibitors (ag PRILOSEC) and possibly H-2 Blockers (PEPCID , ZANTAC (ranitidine) The laryngitis can ALSO be due to ACID and the "fullness" may be due to a co-existing HIATUS HERNIA Hope this helps!
