Check in with doctor: While clopidogrel and atorvastatin can cause stomach discomfort ... It is unlikely that this new symptom would develop after 3 years. Much more likely another etiology is causing your symptoms ... I'd schedule an appointment with your family physician to evaluate further. Good luck!
