I have had stomach problems my whole life. this last november i had my gallbladder taken out as it wasn't working at all and that was thought to be the reason of my pain all these years. from january to late june i was pain free, but not any more.

Lifelong: With lifelong digestive problems, I always suspect intolerance of substances like gluten or lactose. Irritable bowel syndrome is also a possibility. I assume that you have been evaluated by a gastroenterologist for true gluten sensitivity, but despite negative testing some patients like you improve on a gluten free diet. Other things to try is avoiding lactose or following a FODMOP avoidance diet
