I recieved my mammography results and it reported a multinodular pattern they placed it under the category bi-rads 2, what should i do?

Good news: Bi-rads 2 is a category that, while describing various features of the mammogram (such as nodules), indicates the findings are benign- without evidence of cancer. Nothing else is recommended.

Nothing: Bi-rads 2 means that you had benign findings (benign means not due to cancer) on your mammogram, for instance cysts or benign tumors and nothing needs to be done.

Category 2: Category 2 is benign. But why a mammogram at age 18? If you have a lump, you may need additional evaluation, possibly ultrasound.
