Follow their advice.: Not sure what to make of that? Sounds like you need more tests such as an ultrasound or perhaps needle localization biopsy.

Follow the advice : Since the mammography results are not available for review, following the advice of your radiologist would be the best choice. Most changes, but not all, are benign.

Not exactly sure: of what the question is asking, but if there are abnormalities on screening mammo requiring additional imaging, you should have it done. If the lesions remain suspicious , you will likely need a needle biopsy.
