Can dark colored stool mixed with regualar colored stool mean my gi tract is bleeding.

Possibly: Black stool may indicate bleeding from the upper gi tract like stomach or duodenum. Things like iron supplements or peptobismol can make stool color black. A physician can easily test a stool specimen in the office and determine whether it contains occult(hidden) blood.
