I sprained my ankle several weeks ago but it is still.quite swollen it's the size of a golf ball?
The outside of my ankle is swollen like a golf ball. I did not injure it and there is no pain. I sprained that ankle 3 years ago. I work retail.
It has been 8 days, I have a medial and lateral ankle sprain, unsure of grade but def 2/3. Swelling ankle like a golf ball, bruising and pain in my shin. My ankle is stiff, X-ray show no break, tried stretching did not work, is this normal?
Why would someone have reoccurring swelling in one ankle ? Golf ball size swelling, stiff and sore from very little time on feet, very warm to the touch, causing pain in left leg also.
A small case fell over on my left outside ankle causing a hematoma. It's about 1/2 the size of golf ball, did not hit hard.
