No: Some say money is the cause of all problems, or the root of all evil... but, at least money doesn't transmit HIV or hepatitis C. On the other hand, a case of HIV or hepatitis C infection costs a ton of money to treat. Thus, avoid contact with the fresh blood of other people; or at least know that they are free of blood viruses (which is hard to know unless they are your own young children).
