Manage it: You won't be able to do anything about these other than perhaps use warm compresses. You need to increase whatever you do to manage your acne -- benzoyl peroxide, retinoic acid derivatives, prescription-strength medicine from your physician. It's not pleasant, but be persistent with it until it remits on its own. Trying to figure out what makes acne flares is almost never helpful.
