A member asked:

I have severe photosensitivity, but i have brown eyes, my eyes are not dry, and i do not have migraines. do you have any ideas of the cause?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Various causes: Photosensitive eyes can arise from many things, some more manageable than others. You should make sure your eyes are examined to rule out ocular causes (corneal, dry eye, inflammatory, glaucoma, refractive). Some medications (anticholinergics, antibiotics, antihistamines, antidepressants) can illicit sensitivity. Concussion, brain inflammation/hemorrhage, neuralgia, migraine are others. Have exam.
