Cluster migraine: A special form of migraine is associated with changes in the eyes. This is best described in the form that is called cluster migraine. Significant tearing and redness and irritation of the eye, running of the nose, and twitching around the eye may occur. However, more serious issues with the eye, sinus, or nose must be ruled out. A thorough medical evaluation would be appropriate.
