17wks preg. severe migraine (18+hrs) with extreme pain in the eyeballs. causes pain to close eyes, can't sleep. suggestions for remedy/cause/meds?

Headache in preg: Although headache in pregnancy is common, a bad headache is worrisome. Call your OB for advise or go the nearest emergency room. A CT scan of your brain would be needed to make sure there's nothing in your head that could be causing the headache.
