On zyprexa, no symptoms over seven years. i heard latuda (lurasidone) is good for controlled eating and energy, will it affect my wbc?

Possibly.: Latuda (lurasidone) has less metabolic side-effects than Zyprexa, and does not have as much appetite increase as Zyprexa. It also seems less sedating . It does cause some bleeding and bruising so it could affect your WBC.

It's possible: Low white blood cell counts have been reported with Latuda (lurasidone). Risk factors include pre-existing or a history of low white blood cell counts due to other medications.
